Â
A Holistic Trainer. A Health Simplifier. A Transformation Strategist. A Behavior-change Specialist.
Ash takes the confusing, time-sucking, guilt-ridden weight loss advice that doesnât work for
momsâand turn it into something that does.
For over 15 years, sheâs fused functional movement, nervous system science, and behavior-
change psychology into strategies that actually help moms feel strong, confident, and healthyâŚ
without gym guilt, diet drama, or 45-minute workouts.
But Fit In Minutes⢠wasnât part of some business plan.
Hereâs Her story:
It started during a 2:30am nursing session.
The TV was off. I didnât notice.
I was so tired, I laughed at a black screen for 15 minutes.
And then a question hit me like a freight train:
âLiving like this is hard. Getting healthy without a gym or time to cook is hard.
Which hard do you choose, Ash?â
That was my breaking pointâmy turning point. My pivotal moment!
I had gained a ton of weight. I was exhausted, depleted, and overwhelmed.
And despite my background as a personal trainer, physical therapy assistant, and health science
major...I had no idea how to make health work in real mom life.
The gym? Not happening.
Meal prep? Not a chance.
Hour long meditations? That's a hard no.
So I got to work.
What I discovered changed everything.
I realized I wasnât lazy. I wasnât broken.
My nervous system was maxed outâand protecting me.
Low-grade inflammation and chronic stress were keeping me stuck.
And unless I helped my body feel safe, it would keep holding on to every pound.
So I took the same habit-change system I used in clinic to help patients rehab from painâŚ
And rewired it for fat loss.
I started smallâsquats while the coffee brewed, countertop push-ups during dinner, one-leg
balances while brushing my teeth.
I called them Daily Mama Movesâ˘âand from there, I anchored a habit.
Next came 2-minute workouts.
Then 8-minute sessions fusing four fitness styles into one powerful, metabolism-revving, joint-friendly, strength-building workout.
No gym. No equipment. No pressure. No guilt.
Meanwhile, I also rebuilt other health habits in the background: my sleep, stress response, mindset, and food habits.
Not perfectly.
Not overnight.
Not all together.
Just doing the right things, the right way, and in the right order.
And I lost 70 poundsâand kept it off for 5+ years (and counting).
And thatâs how Fit In Minutes⢠was born.
Not from ambition. From survival.
What started as my lifeline became a proven system⌠and now, a necessity for every mom whoâs tired of putting herself last.
Because real, lasting health isnât about doing more. Itâs about making health fit your life- not one that demands you sacrifice it.
Itâs about rewiring the four foundational habits that shape how you think, move, eat, and recover.
Iâve spent 15 years refining this system and watching thousands of moms transform their lives.
Now, itâs your turn.
If youâre feeling invisible, burnt out, or behind, together, weâre going to rewrite the story of what it means to be a fit, healthy, confident mom.
I canât wait to welcome you with arms open into your new normal, you confident healthy mom you.
đ All my love,Â
Ash
