I’ve spent over 15 years helping people keep doing what they love —
from pro athletes and ex-military, to CEOs, pilots, actors, busy parents, and everyday athletes like you.
At our Physical Therapy & Chiropractic clinic, I worked with thousands of patients—often adapting rehab plans so they could actually fit into real life.
That’s how my habit-based approach to erasing pain and building functional strength was born.
And it worked—so well, we were seeing over 250 patients a week.
Eventually, I moved online after becoming a mom.
Since then, I’ve helped over 4,000 people lose weight, hurt less, move better, recover faster, and finally feel at home in their body again.
Now, at 38—and a mom of two incredible boys—I can honestly say I feel better than I did in my 20s as a former competitive athlete.
But it wasn’t always that way.
Let me take you back.
For over a decade, I lived in chronic pain.
I foam rolled nonstop.
Stretched for 30 minutes a day.
Followed every doctor’s order.
And still felt like my body was stuck.
By 24, I was surviving on Advil cocktails.
Rotating through pain creams.
Booking weekly adjustments just to feel okay—not good.
I developed plantar fasciitis. Rib dysfunction. A trail of sprains and strains.
It felt like my body was falling apart—and no amount of stretching was fixing it.
Then I started working in physical therapy.
And I realized… I wasn’t alone.
I saw the same story again and again:
People stretching harder, pushing more, using aggressive tools—
but nothing was actually letting go.
The results were temporary.
The relief never lasted.
So I went on a mission.
Not just to relieve pain—but to understand it.
To figure out what actually allows the body to let go.
And what I discovered changed everything.
It’s not just about muscles.
It’s about messaging.
You can’t bully your body into release.
Your brain has to feel safe enough to let go.
So I studied.
Pain science. Neuroscience. Behavior change.
Biomechanics. Rehab. Functional Movement.
Then, I learned from the best in sports performance, neuroscience, physical therapy, and chiropractic care from both a mind and body perspective.
And holistic health aside, I found a tool—and an approach—that could do what no stretch, crane, adjustment, or lacrosse ball ever could.
Then, I became a Roll Model Method® Practitioner and Tune Up Fitness® Certified.
And Now? I move and live in a pain-free body.
I recover faster.
And to reiterate... I feel stronger at 38 as a mom of 2, than I ever did in my 20s as a former competitive athlete.
That’s what Roll To Recovery was built for.
And I can’t wait for you to feel incredible in your body too (regardless of your age!)
