The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) structure will cover your proprietary IP (in the way you’ve structured growth for your community) your community as a whole, as well as your members. This also covers me as well, so I can make sure my course(s) doesn’t get copied.

Here’s the thing...Pickleball shouldn’t hurt.

You shouldn’t walk off the court feeling more beat up than when you walked on.

But if we’re being honest, that’s not what’s happening for most players.

Nearly 7 out of 10 pickleball players deal with pain or injury every year, and more than 1 in 3 are playing in pain right now.

That's not because Pickleball is dangerous, but because the game asks a lot of your body.

One minute you’re lunging.
Then shuffling side to side.
Then stopping quickly, over and over again — usually on pretty hard courts.

And most people were never taught how to prepare their body for that... or how to recover from it.

What I see over and over again is this:

People don’t stop playing because of one big injury.
They stop playing, because pain slowly starts deciding how often they can play.

And that's heartbreaking, because Pickleball isn’t just a hobby.

It’s movement.
It’s stress relief.
It’s community.
It’s an outlet.
It’s me time.

And a lot of players are out there three, four, five days a week, doing something they genuinely love; and investing real time, energy, and resources into the game.

Yet so many are still held back by nagging pain and slow recovery. 

These problems are incredibly common, often preventable, and rarely addressed early or properly.

I don’t believe the answer is pushing harder or just playing through it.
And I don’t believe the answer is chasing symptoms every time something starts to hurt.

I believe that when you strengthen the foundation—how your body moves from the ground up, everything else works better.

You move better. You recover faster. You play with more confidence in your body.

And the pain that people think is “just part of Pickleball” or "age"doesn’t get to run the show anymore.

Pickleball stays something they get to do, not something they have to manage around aches, setbacks, or time off the court.

So my mission is simple, and it’s personal:

I want to help 10,000 pickleball players move better, hurt less, recover faster, and stay on the court longer.

Because I’m not okay with the fact that 1 in 3 players is playing in pain at any given time, especially when so much of it is preventable.

With the right foundations, the right movements, and the right progression, the body can adapt, recover, and keep up with the game instead of slowly breaking down from it.

That’s what I’m building.

And that’s the mission I want the right people and partners to stand behind.
