My Story

I’ve spent over 15 years helping people keep doing what they love — from professional athletes and ex‑military to CEOs, pilots, actors, and busy parents.

In our Physical Therapy & Chiropractic clinic, I worked with thousands of patients, often adapting rehab plans so they could fit into real life.

That’s how my habit‑based approach to erasing pain and building functional strength was born — an approach that grew so popular, we were seeing over 250 patients a week.

Then, I became a mom and wanted to be home with my babies, so I brought that same approach online — helping busy moms lose weight, build strength, gain confidence & energy, while staying active without hours in the gym.

I even lost 70 lbs myself and have helped others lose over 30,500 pounds (and counting!)

Now you might be wondering...where does Pickleball fit into all this? 

It started with my mom.

 

 

At the young age of 63, she decided to try pickleball.

She loved the game, but the aches and stiffness afterward were stealing her energy for the rest of the day, and she was worried about getting injured.

I wanted her to feel strong enough not just to play — but to keep up with her 3 adult kids and 4 grandkids (Oldest, right here!)

I designed a warm‑up and cool‑down for her.

The very first time she tried it, she said, “I feel like I could play another match right now.”

Her friends noticed.

They tried it too.

Suddenly, they were asking me to put it on YouTube so they could share it with their friends.

And now…

What started as a simple warm‑up and cool‑down for my mom has now grown into custom pickleball programs for church groups, leagues, gyms, and instructors across the country.
