I’m not just another fitness trainer — I’m a mom who was drowning in the same pressure you're probably feeling right now.
After having my first baby, I gained ...a lot of weight.
I didn’t just lose myself — I lost trust in everything I had learned…and I was a practicing physical therapy assistant, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and health science major.
None of it felt doable anymore.
I needed a plan that actually fit the chaos of my life —something that didn’t require hours of willpower, a gym membership, or my full energy tank (because I didn’t have one).
Tall order, I know.
But after a whole lot of trial, error, and real-life testing — first on myself, then with thousands of other moms — I finally cracked the code.
Now I help busy moms create lasting transformation in their health, body, and life with strategies that are simple, science-backed, and built to work inside our very real, unpredictible lives.
