About Ash

Ash is a former gym rat and mom of 2 boys who ran into a problem: she had put on a few after having her two boys...okay, it was more than a few...it was 70 pounds. (Yikes!)
After helping a lot of other women get healthier (see below for her qualifications), she decided she'd had enough, and it was her turn. So she started incorporating her health and fitness knowledge into her daily routines, and VOILA--Fit In Minutes was born.Â
Ash knows her stuff, and she's brought it all together to help more moms regain their energy, look great, and feel better without wasting hours in the gym.
