 Single mom. Holistic Trainer. Creative Director at Panda Planner...who has been where you're at right now.

When I tried to jump back into working out and prioritize my health after becoming a new mom, I knew the old way of forcing, restriction, and unlimited gym time wasn't gonna cut it. 

I had my pivotal moment at 2:30am while nursing my son, cracking up at a TV show that...wasn't on. 

It took me 15 minutes to realize I was laughing at a black screen. 

I then got hit with the question:

Living like this is hard, trying to figure out a way to get healthy without the gym is going to be hard too-- which hard do you choose, Ash? 

BOOM. Easiest decision I ever made with myself.

This question changed my life.

The next day, I started diving into the research and paired it with my 15 years experience in the health & fitness field but married it with my current  situation as the exhausted, over-weight, stressed out, disorganized stay-at-home-mom that I was.

In between episodes of How I Met Your Mother, I started creating a plan to master my time, lose the weight, move my body, improve my energy, lower my stress, and ultimately find myself again despite the overwhelm and unpredictability of my schedule.

I learned how to craft 4 different methods of fitness into one, and fuse those exercises into my daily chores, with zero equipment, and like 2 feet of space. It tacked on ZERO time to my day (now known as Daily Mama Moves which is inside your Fit in Minutes program).

And, I lost 70 pounds.

It felt effortless, simple, quick, and actually like it was going to stick this time ( it's been 5 years and counting 😉) 

Then I started teaching it to others, and watched in awe as the lives of these moms and women started to transform.

Their mindset changed, stress melted away, and their body started to release fat and tone as they built consistency in their daily exercise routine.  

I knew I was onto something, and had to share it with every woman I could.

BOOM; Fit In Minutes was born.
